My stations have never stuck in Aloha after an update a year or more ago. This is on a ROKU Premium. Here is the screenshot:

To clarify your message, your stations never remain in A-Z but sort by most recently listened to on your Roku?
In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account and I'd like you to try the following for me:
Let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the Pandora app. Note: you'll need to be signed into your Xbox Live account.
Then, reinstall the app:
