Onkyo: Only buffers and will not play

My Onkyo receiver connects and buffers music but will not play any songs on any channels.  Can you remove the receiver so that I can attempt to reconnect it?

Hi @Josefchesney

No problem. I've gone ahead and removed the connection. When this takes affect, you should be logged out, but I recommend waiting a bit just to be sure. Once you're logged out, I would also power cycle your Onkyo by unplugging it for at least 5 minutes, then plugging it back in and trying again.

@Josefchesney I've gone ahead and removed the connection again.

Let me know if you continue to run into issues with this.

  1. It did not log me out and even after unplugging the Onkyo and deleting and re-adding my account to the system it still buffers the song but does not play it.
