Pandora App is not working on Roku suddenly

This is now happening to me. It won't login just spins & goes back to login screen. I checked for updates, it is up to date.

Welcome to community! Sorry to hear you’re running into trouble with Pandora on your Roku. I’m happy to help take a closer look.

To get things started, I’ve enabled a trace on your account so we can review what’s happening behind the scenes. Can you confirm the model Roku that you have? You also mentioned that you're up to date, can you let me know the version you see on your end?

In the meantime, while the trace is enabled, please try both of these steps. Once completed go ahead and try to play Pandora again. 

1. Restart your Roku device:

  • Press the Home button on your Roku remote
  • Scroll and select Settings
  • Select System, then Power
    • If you don’t see Power, just move to the next step
  • Select System Restart

2. Remove and re-add the Pandora channel:

  • From your Home screen, highlight the Pandora channel
  • Press the * (star) button on your remote
  • Select Remove channel
  • Then, go to the Channel Store and re-add Pandora
