Roku TV: Pandora won't load

I have a 2025 Roku TV and Pandora quit working. Nothing has changed. It just quit working. The app tries to start, says "logging in" but then returns to the home screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I shut down the TV for 10 min. I rebooted our network. I used the Roku remote to reset the cache (via the series of button presses noted online). Same issue. It says "logging in" and then immediately returns to the home screen. All the other Roku apps are working fine.

If this continues, I will cancel my Pandora subscription.

Hi @Lori406 , thanks for posting and sorry for the trouble!

First, let's reboot your Roku using the following steps

  • Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
  • Scroll to select Settings.
  • Next select System and then Power.
    • If you don't see Power, skip to the next step.
  • Finally, select System Restart.

If you still have trouble, remove the Pandora channel from My Channels, and try re-adding it from the Channel Store. (You can find the Remove channel option by pressing the * key on your remote while the Pandora channel is highlighted on the home screen.)

Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for the reply. Seems there was some sort of glitch that nothing fixed (I tried everything recommended including what you mentioned. I just walked away and tried again later, and, it's working again. Odd.

Hi @Lori406

Thanks for following up! I just wanted to check in to see if you’re still having trouble, or if everything is working as expected now.

This WORKED !  Thx.  Prior to fix, Pandora asked to login w/ Roko email and pw-- bounced. I even input my Pandora pw-- bounced again.  Then I did the reset as you instructed == Success !!
