I'm going to need more info from you in order to help since Pandora is on a lot of device.
Are you listening on a computer or on a device?
- If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
- A Mac or Windows computer?
- Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from the website, what browser are you using?
- If you are on a device, what is the make and model?
- Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
- Can you send a screenshot or picture of what you're seeing?
You can attach a picture directly here on community. This is best done from a web or mobile browser. You will not be able to attach screenshot through email notification you may receive.

Thanks for the photo. Looks like you're on a Roku TV. Let's try some troubleshooting to see if it will help.
Please try the following and let me know how it goes:
Let's reboot your Roku:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Scroll to select Settings.
- Next select System and then Power.
- If you don't see Power, skip to the next step.
- Finally, select System Restart.

Hi @glenn202474 I would also try removing the Pandora app from your Channels and re-adding it. You should be asked to log back in again.

I'm not seeing a new sign in on your Pandora account, @glenn202474. You'll want to be sure you're logged out, and then log back into your Roku.
