Sonos: Unable to play Pandora

I have a Pandora account, but I cannot play it through my Sonos.

Welcome to the Pandora Community! 🎶 Sorry to hear you're having trouble listening through Sonos.
 

To help me get a better understanding of what's happening, could you tell me a little more about your experience?

  • Are you seeing any error messages when trying to play Pandora through Sonos? If so, what exactly do they say?
  • Are you unable to add your Pandora account to Sonos, or is your account already connected but music won't play?
  • Does Pandora work normally when you listen directly through the Pandora app or website?
  • Did this just start happening?

In the meantime, here is some troubleshooting steps you can try to see if they will improve your experience. 

  • Check for updates to both the Sonos and Pandora apps through your device's app store.
  • In the Sonos app, go to More > Settings > Check for Updates and install any available firmware updates.
  • Once any updates are installed, restart your Sonos device and try Pandora again.
  • If the issue persists, please sign out and then sign back in on your Sonos device to establish a fresh connection with Pandora.
