I want to stream Pandora directly from the internet and not use blue tooth and a phone or similar app. How can I do this and what equipment must I purchase?

What I would prefer is something that streams directly from wireless but is not connected to Amazon or Google, etc. Sonos is a bit expensive for me, and apps use up my phone minutes. I’m trying to do this on the cheap.
