Billed by Google Play: Receiving commercials with Pandora Plus

Scassell815

Hello,

I am charged $5.99 monthly for Pandora Plus. My account used to be without commercials but now I have commercials every other song. What am I even paying for? I wish I didn't have to write on a community board and wait for a response to get help with this.

Thank you Adam but I'm still being charged $5.99 per month (as recently as one week ago) for "Pandora Plus Monthly." Is there a way to figure out which account this is being applied to? I've only ever had one Pandora account.

@Scassell815 If you have been charged by Google Play within the last month, you should be able to restore the subscription to your current Pandora account.

Since you purchased your Pandora subscription from the app store on your Android device (Google Play Store or the Amazon Appstore), use the following steps to get your subscription reapplied to your account:

  1. Open the Pandora App on the Android device you used to upgrade, and log into the desired Pandora account.
  2. From My Collection, go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Select Upgrade in the top left corner.
  4. Finally, select Retrieve your subscription.

This should reapply your subscription to your account for you.

Let me know how it goes.
