Why is it so hard to change payment method?

I go to the APP and it says go to the web site. I go to the web site and it says go to the APP. It is the same when you want to upgrade! I love Pandora great App but not user friendly!

Adam, I signed up for Pandora in 2006 or 2007, long time ago. It's been
working for me just fine.

Someone stole my credit card number 10 days ago. I tried many, many times
to add a new credit card; it never worked. My cousin who is much more savy
with computers also could not make the change despite working for 30 min.

I want to keep Pandora. Please help me add a new credit card so I can
continue to listen to it.

It is ridiculous how much time I spent trying to find a way to update my form of payment! Apparently I set it up through google play and there is no way I can change it! I want to just cancel my subscription. That’s how irritated I am! Not even a phone # to call!
