hey so i tried cancelling my subscription last month and it send it went through but they charged me for again for the subscription how do i stop it from taking anymore money

To clarify, are you still receiving charges from Apple for a Pandora subscription?

Or are you now being charged by Pandora or a separate vendor?

I have canceled my paid subscription three months ago and you are still charging me. I sent a email stating to cancel my service. Now, I am contacting my bank and sending them a copy of the email sent to cancel my service and have your company blocked from charging my card a 4th time.

It looks like your account is upgraded to a monthly Premium subscription through Apple. Unfortunately, we can't manage this on our end as we don't have access to the Apple billing system.

Subscriptions purchased on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) are billed through Apple, so any billing discrepancies are handled by their support team.

To request a refund through Apple, visit the Apple support page.

If you have any trouble with these steps, please contact the Apple support team for further assistance.
