When I tried to join the family plan to start a new account it shows that the invite is pending. How do I become active so I can start getting music on my phone?

Thanks for the follow up.
I'll have to do a little digging to see what may be happening. In the meantime, to help get you set up, I recommend creating the free account from the Pandora registration page on a web browser. It may be a bit easier from here.
Once you've created the free account, let me know and I can help add it to your Family Plan.

I don't see a Pandora account listed under the email that is currently pending. To clarify, when you went through the process of adding the account was the new account created?
If not, then I would go ahead and create a free Pandora account using that email address, and then try adding it once more.

When I click on accept the invite it goes to a screen that says I already have an account. But I didn't set up an account yet. I am new to Pandora, not transferring an existing account to Family Plan. It doesn't show any other screen to go to for me to set up an account.
