When I send an email to my spouse email address for the family plan, we follow instructions and links to setup account, but it's still not working correctly with phone. First, we had to watch an ad to use now it's telling my trial period is over? We shared some of our playlist with other phone, but even after 'collecting' they must be reloaded for each use of pandora.
