How do I find out my type of current subscription

To view your subscription details on a computer:

You can follow this link - just make sure you are logged into your upgraded Pandora account. 

To view your subscription details on a mobile device:

Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar and select the Settings gear in the top right corner. 

Tap on Subscription.

@Silverroses2001 I'm showing your account is currently set up with the free service.

While it was upgraded previously, it looks like that subscription expired in October.

Are you still getting charged for a subscription to Pandora?

Let me know.

I just started my free trial for your premium service.   Do I just launch Pandora on my phone to enjoy ad free music or do I have to log in?

@morganllew56 Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device.

You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.

So if you are already logged into your upgraded account on your phone, no further action is needed.

Check out the steps in the Accepted Solution to find your current subscription. If you find that everything is correct, we're happy to take a closer look. 

Do you receive a error message? If so, can you tell us exactly what it says or share a screenshot? When including a screenshot, this is best done on a web or mobile browser. You will not be able to include a screenshot through the email notification you may receive. 

Keep in mind, although the majority of the songs in our collection will be eligible to be skipped without limits, you may encounter a portion of songs that are not eligible to be skipped due to our current licensing agreements.

I found out that my current Pandora Plus plan is on my computer: email
xx@ i use that for spam and anything I don't want to give my
real email and not on my cell phone which is where I need it for the car
and where I want the Plus account to be. There is nothing better than
Pandora in the Car! How can I change that or will I need to close the one
and open another Plus account on my Phones email account.
