Not receiving upgrade after signing into new device

Got new phone. Signed into Pandora but I am nit receiving prime.

Same issue for me. However I believe I am signed in with the correct account because it is the same as on my old phone and it is still premium on that phone.

@TNamW72 It looks like your upgraded account is registered under a different email address.
