Payment receipts

I would like to obtain payment receipts for the past six months. However, I cannot find them in the transaction descriptions.

I am looking for a document similar to a bank statement that lists all payments and receipts.

Could you please advise where I can access these documents and whether it is possible to receive them automatically on a monthly basis?

At this time, Pandora doesn’t offer an option to automatically receive monthly payment receipts or a single statement that combines multiple transactions. However, I’ve passed along your feedback about having an easier way to access and receive this information.

If you need a copy of a receipt, you’re always welcome to request one here in the Pandora Community, and a moderator will be happy to help. You can also reach out by email to the Pandora Care Team for assistance. You can reach the Care Team here.

In the meantime, I’d be happy to help with the receipts you’re requesting for the past six months. Please keep in mind that receipts are generated separately for each transaction, so each receipt will be sent individually by email to the email address associated with your Pandora account.
