T-Mobile Ad-free Radio Weekends - Redeem button is unresponsive

Hi,

I keep listening to ads all the time. When I first open the app on weekends it appears a screen with rose circle, black background. I am unable to click on it, and then it disappears, and ads keep playing afterwards. My device is iphone SE 1st generation. I appreciate your assistance.

Ad free radio weekend from tmobile the redeem button then it says page Unavailable plz help and thank you I have a S22 plus
