T-Mobile: Listened 4 consecutive days, how do I get ad free?

klbgwilliams

I heard several advertisements stating that if you listen for 4 consecutive days before the end of January you get a month of ad-free. How do I capitalize on that?

I agree. I should not have to ask or open a ticket for my free day. I have listened 3 days in a row consistently and have never received an "ad-free" day. Don't "congratulate" me if you don't intend on honoring your claims. It's high time that companies stop doing things that could be interpreted as deception.

I listen Monday thru Friday every week. So Thursday should be without ads. But yet I still have ads. Can you answer why. I'm using my phone to listen. Thank you.

I am also curious to know how I can capitalize on the “no ads” after listening to Pandora 4 days consecutively. I listen to Pandora ALL THE TIME when I’m in my car and at the office yet I still get the wonderful ads.

Thank you.

Hi @KatyEvil

If you've been listening, you should received an ad-free reward soon.

I've gone ahead and escalated your post to our Care Team for further assistance. They'll be reaching out via the email associated with your Pandora account. Please be on the look out for their reply.

I’ve heard this false claim since last fall. I listen mostly every day while walking, and never have had a “ad free day”.

Seems “scammy” to me.
Prove me wrong…….

I heard an ad say that if I listen for 4 consecutive days, I'll get a day free of ads but I have not gotten it yet and I have listened more than four consecutive days. Is there something else that I have to do?

Agreed. Got my free day(s) also, but no answer that their promo has been fixed. It still feels scammy…..
