Trouble upgrading through Apple

I haven’t had a problem before until now that I’m trying to resubscribe. My account that I’ve had for years is under one email, but my Apple ID is different from my account email and now it will not let me resubscribe

@Love_loyálty Unfortunately, I can't manage this directly on my end as I don't have access to the Apple billing system.

If you're unable to upgrade through Apple, you'll need to contact the Apple support team for further assistance.

Alternatively, you should be able to upgrade your account directly through Pandora instead here.
