I waited till my subscription through T-mobil tuesday ended and I went onto the computer to upgrade to the family and I tried to send the invietes to email and I did accept them through email but my pandora acccount still stated Pending on the invite and wondering what I am doing wrong. Please help me on how to get my family there account on pandora through family

When they create their new accounts, after accepting invite, it does not have them on family plan but on their own account not connected to my family plan.

Does not seem to recognize email address is one that has been invited to new family plan.
Does the new 'invitee' in fact need to set up new account? What is the process?

My husband has a free pandora account, he cannot delete it, won’t recognize password, so he changed it, still won’t work...in the meantime he accepted my invitation to join the premium family plan. Said he was on it, but is getting many ads, canrt download songs till he watches a video etc.

I checked your Pandora account and I do see the invitation has been sent out but it's still pending, unfortunately, it hasn't been accepted yet.
Your husband will need to go back to the family plan invitation that was sent out and be sure to select 'Accept Invite', and log in with his existing Pandora account. He'll need to enter is Pandora password to complete the process.
If he's still having trouble, let me know.
I have a Family Plan and invited my wife to join. She received the email, but when she clicks on Accept Invite it goes to my account. We have tried this multiple times with the same result.
@ranman Sorry for the trouble.
That likely means she is already logged into your account on her device.
Before attempting to accept the invitation you sent her, first make sure she signs out of Pandora.
She should then be able to sign back into Pandora using the email address associated with her personal Pandora account, and accept the invitation.
I will also have someone from our support team reach out to you separately via email to help ensure this gets taken care of.

Adam, we only had one account to begin with which I just upgraded to a Family Plan. I sent out the invitations to both me and my husband's email. After I accepted the invitations via email and went back to Pandora, it shows the invitations are still pending (both of them). I've done it 3 times to no avail. What's the problem?

Upgrading to the Family Plan means that you and up to five other accounts can enjoy all of the benefits of Pandora Premium, while keeping your individual Pandora accounts.
I had our support team take a look, and they see you sent out invitations to email addresses with no Pandora accounts tied to them yet.
You will first need to set up separate Pandora accounts using different email addresses for each family member that wants to join the subscription.
Once those accounts are created (if they aren't yet already), you can then send them an invitation to join your family plan subscription.
They should then be able to accept the invitation to the family plan subscription you sent.
I hope this clarifies things a bit! Let me know if you continue to run into issues with this after the new accounts are set up.
I sent an invite to user but user cannot accept the email invite it takes you to the login screen but it is for new users only

From the login screen there should be an option to 'Sign-up', if you don't currently have a Pandora account or 'Log in', if you already have an account.
If they are not seeing this can you please take a screenshot to share with me here. I'd like to take a closer look.

I am unable to add family members to our family plan. They get the invite and then it tells them that it is not valid. Please help. 'Customer service' by email is not working. If I do not get help with this then I will discontinue our subscription

I have family plan subscription and have sent out invites. When the invitees try to accept the link does not lead them to a page that allows them to do that. Please help.
