I keep getting the message I'm already subscribed to plus on google play. I do not have pandora in my google play subscriptions. I do not know how to reset. My current subscription had expired. I'm trying to fix it but it got removed off my account.

Hi @cruserj
Welcome to the community!
Sorry for the trouble with your subscription, I understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t line up between accounts.
Looking at the Pandora account linked to your community profile, I do see it’s currently upgraded to Pandora Plus through Google Play. In the past, it was upgraded to Pandora Premium, also through Google Play.
If you’re not seeing an active Pandora subscription under your current Google Play account, it’s possible the subscription may have been set up under a different Google Play account you’ve used before.
Since Pandora only has limited visibility into Google Play’s billing system, we aren’t able to see which Google account your subscription is tied to, just that it is connected to a Google account.
If you’re unsure which Google Play account is linked, I’d recommend reaching out to Google Play support directly. They can look for the account using your billing details (like your credit card information) to help track down the correct account.
Once you’ve located the Google Play account, you should be able to update your subscription from Plus to Premium.
Let me know if you continue to have trouble.
