I woke up this morning to 2 failed charges of $27.49. I don't recognize this and I reached out to the team and didn't get a reply. I have 3 kids and this isn't right. That cannot come out of my account. I dont know what's going on

Im having the same problem. Pandora is trying to collect 3 payments from my cashapp and i dont know where to look to find a subscription. I dont have a Pandora paid subscription
Im having the same problem, pandora is trying to collect 3 payments from my cashapp and i know i dont have a paid subscription. Im on a fixed income. And its for 3 different amounts so if i had a subscription wouldnt it be one amount? And this is the first time pandora tried to get a payment. I checked my payment history and there is no other Pandora payments. So what is going on with Pandora?

You guys may want to contact cash app. I do believe that charge was mis-labled from youtube premium.
Either way I have canceled my card and ordered a new one- I previously mentioned that I do not have access to the email related to this account anymore.
I've tried both of the following numerous times and I come to a dead end every time. It just keeps looping me back to the information below. I've spent, now, two hours just trying to delete/unsubscribe/stop payment just be done with Pandora all together and yet your app nor your desktop site are user friendly when it comes to unsubscribing. When I click "subscriptions", I'm then taken to a page with offers to upgrade. There is nothing on the page that even comes close to "Switch Plans".

Dealing with Pandora's support team was NO HELP AT ALL. After all was said and done they told me the account I was staring at right in front of me, signed in via the Pandora website...they told me did not exist and I needed to contact Cash App to dispute the charges that had already come off my credit card and any future charges to come. They told me I did not have a credit card on file or maybe I was using a different card because they couldn't find mine...Yet I was again, staring at my billing information via the Pandora website....yet they told me my account didn't exist to cancel. THATS BS!!!! I reported them to the BBB and hopefully you all get better support from their no so supportive support team!!!!! I'm hoping that when I delete my account it will take care of it all. If not then deleting/canceling my credit card will work I'm sure. All of this time spent (2hrs) wasted! just to find out I'm no better off than when I started. Go Figure!!! What does Pandora care anyways, I'm only ONE person and it's only my $11.99/mo that will be lost...not millions. They don't care about losing one customer.
Why am I being charged for a Pandora thing I do not have any subscription for this and if there has been one made it's not by me and I want my dam money back right now that was out of my rent money and who ever set this **ahem** up is going to be prosecuted for false use of my information

What do you do if it says there are no subscriptions? I don't sign up for free subs and this still apparently has been happened for months
