We’ve refreshed the Pandora Community site to make it easier to connect, browse, and discover. ✨ Check out what's new here.
@ybuzero Welcome to Community!
I've taken a look and it appears like you're currently subscribed to Pandora Plus.
When you search and select the name of an artist, track, or album, you will be taken to a "backstage page." You can either create a radio station or press play.
Because on-demand listening is only available to Premium users, you will see an ad for Premium or be prompted to view a video ad in order to access Premium features at no cost.
Your account will revert to your Plus subscription once your Premium session concludes.
Additionally, when your account is downgraded from Pandora Premium to Plus or ad-supported Pandora, you will not be able to access your on-demand music collection or custom playlists. However, your collection and playback history will be stored in our servers for when you return to Premium.
In the meantime, you will have access to all the stations you've created and any podcasts you've added to your account including all Thumb feedback and added variety.
Upgrading to Premium or accepting a Premium session is completely optional; you can close the ad and we'll create a station for you to listen to instead (if one is available).
If you have any troubles seeing the stations on your account after returning to Premium, please let me know.
@PolarPixie I moved your post over to the iOS space.
To clarify, are you unable to find your My Thumbs Up playlist in your collection?
Or were you unable to view the Thumbs showing in your profile?
Feel free to send me a screenshot of what you are seeing as well.
(Please note you won't be able to attach images via email - you will need to open this Community link in a web browser in order to provide attachments)
Thanks for working with me on this.
I cant find my playlist
