Crashing repeatedly

I’m a long time very pleased user of Pandora but over the past several days, I’ve had frequent issues with the app crashing on my iPhone. This occurs a number of times a day with no other known explanation.  Please advise. This is a extremely frustrating. Thank you!!!

I definitely understand your frustration with this.

I recommend running through our Troubleshooting for iOS Devices to see if that resolves the crashing issue for you.

not solved, still does it.... no fix besides delete and go to iheart? have to force close pandora on every use and it crashes when i try to use it in the car, dont worry it wont work in the car either

Hi @Kasperjr2002 

Is this happening on your iOS or Android mobile?

Looking at your account I see the last connection was with an Android mobile device from 2022. If this is the same device you're having trouble with, I would try a clearing the app data and cache. This will also log you out creating a new connection with Pandora that may help.

Here are some general steps for Android devices:

  1. Open your device Settings
  2. Tap Apps
  3. Scroll down to find Pandora
  4. Select Storage
  5. On the storage details page tap Clear Data.

Once completed you will automatically be logged out and will need to log back in.
