I have the enable lock screen on and my iPhone still don’t turn off my screen after my 30 second setting. I have a XR

To clarify your post, your iPhone screen won't turn off after 30 seconds when the Pandora App is open and active on your screen?

Pandora doesn't have the ability to control the lock screen settings through your iPhone. If you believe it's an issue with your phone, I would recommend reaching out to Apple Customer Support. I'd be happy to help with any Pandora related support.
