Wrong Account Gets Logged Into iPhone

My daughter has my old device. Whenever she logs into Pandora on her phone I’m logged out on mine and she’s logged in on mine as well. Same thing happens when I log in. How do I fix this?

Hi there, @DianeJ. 👋

There is a log out option within your settings.

  • You should be able to sign out of your Pandora account from your Settings.
  • Tap the Profile icon in the Pandora app, select the Settings gear in the top right corner and scroll down to tap the Sign Out button.

I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes. 🎧

@Dwolf I moved your post over to the iOS space since I do see you have an iPhone connected to your account.

If your daughter also has an iPhone, let's have the both of you run through these troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the issue.

First, I recommend rebooting the device by shutting it down entirely, then turning it back on and trying Pandora again.

If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you).* To do that:

  1. Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking."
  2. Then tap the tiny "x" that appears in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to delete the app.
  3. Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device.

Thanks for working with me on this. 🤝

That didn't work because it automatically logged back into the wrong account. Why isn't there an option to log out?
