iOS: Alarm Clock Feature Not Working

Mayflower_0403
Local Performer

I’ve been using the alarm clock feature for years. It worked just fine over the weekend, but this morning I overslept. When I got back from work I’ve tried to set the alarm again multiple times, but it just won’t go off. I get the screen showing the alarm is set, but then the set time comes around, nothing happens. I’ve tried via data, and I’ve tried being on Wi-Fi, neither worked. I didn’t see any available updates for either pandora nor iOS.  please help!

Alarm clock stopped working early this week. End of May. Creating a playlist in Apple Music so I have so I have something to wake me up that is palatable.

  • iPhone 12 Pro
  • T-Mobile
  • 15.6
  • 2204.1
  • Yes, connected to power and wi-fi.

Hello, I’m having the same issue. It started middle of last week.

Carrier: T-Mobile

-iOS version: 15.5

-Pandora version: 2204.1

I tried reinstalling the app and checked all proper settings. The only thing I changed recently was my recent update of iOS version.

thank you.

This seems fairly straightforward. Everyone's issues started at the same time they upgraded to iOS 15.5. When do you expect a solution?

Thx

Hi, @johnnymadrid. 👋

The latest update was just posted here. Some folks on on this thread are still on iOS 15.4.1. Rest assured, once I receive an update from our engineering team, I will share it on this thread. At this time, I do not have an ETA or timeline for a fix from them. However, I can confirm there is an internal ticket with our iOS engineers and this is being worked on.

I know this can be very frustrating. I'm sorry for the continued trouble. Thank you very much for your patience during this process. 🎧

I have the same issue. I noticed it wasn’t working June 4th. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max through Verizon. IOS 15.5, Pandora version 2205.1. It doesn’t work connected to WiFi or cellular data.

It’s ether evident that the issue is on Pandora’s end, but nevertheless:

  • iPhone SE (3rd gen)
  • Metro by T-Mobile
  • iOS 15.5
  • Pandora 2205.1
  • Both / Wi-Fi
  • 28E23932-B818-417E-87D3-67937E8A0BFB.png

How are things with the iOS team? Could this be fixed soon?

Same for me, hasn’t worked in over a week. Tested it with setting the alarm a few minutes a head of time, and nothing. Phone is plugged in, app is open. Getting frustrated
