Hi @tmurf

Welcome to community! Thanks for posting and for including the screenshot. I'm happy to help, but I'm not quite sure I understand what's happening.

Are you saying that Pandora only plays through CarPlay for about 5 minutes before stopping?

Also, when you mention the music at the bottom overtaking your songs above, are you referring to the Now Playing bar shown at the bottom of your screenshot covering part of your song list? Or that the station begins to play regardless of your selection?

Let me know a little more about what you're experiencing and what happens when the issue occurs, and we'll be happy to take a closer look.

Hi @tmurf

Thanks for following up!

It sounds like there may be two different things happening here. I'd like to first focus on getting Pandora connected in your car, and then we can circle back to the music you're seeing at the bottom of the screen.

When you're in your car, how do you normally connect your phone, for example, with a USB cable or  Bluetooth?

When you say you can no longer connect your phone to your car, could you also tell me a little more about what happens when you try? For example:

  • Does your phone connect to the car, but Pandora doesn't appear?
  • Does Pandora appear, but you're unable to start or control playback?
  • Does the car no longer recognize your phone at all?

If you're connecting with a USB cable, I'd recommend trying a different cable to see if you have the same experience. Starting with this basic troubleshooting step will help us narrow down the possible cause and determine what to try next.

Also, when you're connected in your car, could you show me what you see on your car's infotainment screen? You can include pictures here in this thread. This is best done on a web browser or mobile browser. You won't be able to include pictures through email.

Thanks!
