@Kaygala615 One more question - when you search for a specific track to play in the app, do you have your search results sorted by Songs

It's possible when you search for a song, the radio station associated with that song is populating.

If that is not the case, I recommend running through the troubleshooting steps listed here.

Let me know how it goes.

@Kaygala615 Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing? (If you're not sure how to take a screenshot, just let me know and I'll be happy to provide you with some additional steps.)

Let me know.

I press play to play a song and it won’t play it will auto play and go to a different song that I didn’t choose. I have no problems when I’m on my computer. It’s only when I use my cell phone. I have Verizon wireless and I have the Apple iPhone 11. There is no error message. I can’t get a screenshot because what happens is too quick

Hey there, @jjjjjj. 👋

Sounds like you're enabling a complimentary session of Premium in order to listen on-demand.

Can you please send me a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing when you attempt to listen to your playlist or a song to stream?

To take a screenshot on an iPhone 8 (or earlier) or an iPad or iPod touch:

  • Press and hold the lock button (the button on the top right side) and the home button (the circular button on the bottom of your device) at the same time.

To take a screenshot on an iPhone X:

  • Press and hold the lock button (the button on the right side) and the volume up button (on the left side) at the same time.
  • In iOS 11, a thumbnail of your screenshot appears in the lower-left corner of your device. Tap the thumbnail to add drawings and text with Markup, or swipe left on the thumbnail to dismiss it.

  • To find the screenshot you just took, go to Photos > Albums and tap Screenshots. Send this photo as an attachment to your response.

Appreciate your help with this!

Hey I see the Pandora team were no help.

I was having the exact same issue. I signed out and then signed back in and that fixed it.  Hope that that fixes your issue too.

Hi there, @Thunderzz. 👋

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble streaming your tunes.

Could you tell me a bit more about what's happening?

  • Does this occur when you attempt to listen to music on-demand while in a free Premium Access session?
  • Or, does this happen when you're listening to your stations?
  • Have any error messages popped up? If so, what exactly does it say?

In the meantime, I've gone ahead and enabled a trace on your Pandora account in case we need to share this with our engineering team.

Would you mind running through these steps while the trace is enabled?

You can find them here: iOS Troubleshooting

Let me know it goes. 🎧
