My wife's Iphone Xr has the Pandora Family plan and is forced over to offline mode when she doesn't have a Wifi connection even though she still has a strong cell data signal. She is able to use cell data in all other apps, but Pandora forces it over to offline. When I go into settings to turn off OFFLINE mode, I get "Cannot connect to Pandora. Please check your network connections and try again."
Network connect is strong for cell data, and all other phone data requiring apps work just fine when not connected to Wifi.
I have deleted and reinstalled Pandora. Same issue. Any suggestions?
mod edit: changed title for clarity

Thanks, Alyssa. Cell Data was toggled off in the Pandora app settings. Thank you.
No problem at all, @cmurfiniii.
Feel free to let me know if anything else pops up. I'm always happy to help.
Enjoy the tunes! 🎶
For the past day or two my Pandora will not play while on Cellular Data. As soon as I am not on WiFi it stops working. Then today when I tried to log out I received a message that said "Pandora is in maintenance mode". I don't know what's going on, but I'm having similar issues with Spotify and I'm not sure why.
Please help because this is frustrating.

@AlyssaPandora Thank you so much. Yes this worked and seems that the issue has been corrected.
Thank you!
Awesome, @kcamacho1021. Sounds like you're all set now.
Happy listening! 🎶
I have done all these things and I still have no cellular data connection. I use an iPhone 8.
@silverstar64 To clarify, are you only experiencing this issue with Pandora?
Have you tried streaming other apps such as YouTube?
If not, please try launching the YouTube app and let me know if you experience similar issues there as well.
Thanks for your patience.
Well, I fixed it after doing all the troubleshooting suggested and then some, I just ended up deleting the app and then reinstalled. That fixed it. Thanks everyone.
@silverstar64 Glad to hear things are back up and running again.

Update, well I was using Pandora on Bluetooth while driving yesterday and it went to offline mode again. So deleting and reinstalling did not work. I don't know what to do next. Is it possible it is an iPhone issue?
@silverstar64 Were you able to use other apps such as YouTube at that time?
Is it possible that while driving, you hit an area with limited cellular data connection, which caused Pandora to go into offline mode at that time?
Let me know.
I don't think so, I was in the downtown area with excellent cellular service, 4 bars. I didn't check to see if other apps were working.
@silverstar64 Can you also confirm if this is reproducible?
If you turn off WiFi on your mobile device now, are you able to stream Pandora at home while using cellular data?
Or will the app still automatically switch to offline mode?
Let me know.
Hi Adam, I have done what you have suggested. I have been streaming for about 20 minutes now and it has not gone to Offline Mode. I am also monitoring Cellular data usage while streaming just to very that it is indeed using cellular data.
@silverstar64 Glad to hear things are back up and running again.

Update: Problem solved
I did all the things suggested and everything I could think of to fix this issue, but nothing worked. So, I went to my cellular carrier's office and they swapped out my SIM card, no charge and boom fixed. I took a 5-hour day drive and never lost Pandora.
@silverstar64 Woohoo!
Happy to hear that resolved the issue for you.
Enjoy the music! 😎
