This playlist is inspired by Barcelona’s Gran Teatre del Liceu performance of Puccini’s “Crisantemi" to an audience of approximately 2,292 house plants after the COVID-19 outbreak. The opera house teamed up with conceptual artist Eugenio Ampudia for the event. The plants were brought in from local nurseries and donated to healthcare professionals following the performance, mainly at the Hospital Clínic of Barcelona. Enjoy this playlist of Classical compositions inspired by plants, flowers, trees and gardens.
