Pandora Update - 07/15/23: Hi, everyone! Connecting to Facebook is no longer a feature. However, I understand any frustration you might have around this experience and have passed along your feedback. If you'd like to continue sharing to your Facebook account, you can still copy the link for the track you're attempting to share from our website or mobile app. Mobile users can start by tapping the name of the song/station/album/playlist/artist/podcast* and then select Share. From here, you can Copy Link. Web users can hover the cursor over the album art*, or click on the ellipsis (or three dots) for that item. Select Share and then Copy Link to share the direct link instead. *What content you're able to share may depend on your subscription level. Hope this helps.

@jreed1ag_girl If you are experiencing trouble with this, please reply to this thread with the following information: When thumb ratings are missing, does this only occur when you are shuffling your stations? Or does it happen regardless of whether you are shuffling your stations, or playing one station at a time? If it is happening across all stations (and not just when shuffling), please send us: Names of individual stations where thumb ratings are missing, along with the names of the tracks on those stations that are no longer thumbed. Screenshots of tracks playing with the thumb rating no longer highlighted. Thanks for working with us on this. 🤝

@kimcharacter What are the names of some of your playlists that are missing? Can you please send me a screenshot of what you see when sorting your collection by Playlists? @Jcounts I moved your post over to this existing thread: Content disappears when Premium Access ends To clarify, it looks like your account is upgraded to Pandora Plus. Customized playlists are only an option when upgrading to Pandora Premium. I had our support team take a look at your account, and it appears you have been enabling free sessions of Pandora Premium by watching an ad. This is what was allowing you to create customized playlists. When these free sessions of Pandora Premium end, your account reverts back to your regular service, and you no longer have access to customized playlists. @trekman I moved your post over to this existing thread: Songs are Unavailable / Radio Only Although the majority of the songs in our collection will be eligible to be played without restrictions, you may encounter a portion of songs that are unavailable or labeled "Radio Only" due to our current licensing restrictions. In the meantime, you can create a station that will play similar songs and artists, based on an artist or a particular song. We are continuously working on increasing the amount of songs which can be played on stations, on-demand, or offline. Our intention is to provide enough music you enjoy to avoid any inconvenience around this. Hope this helps explain.

@puchatek22ch I took a look at my screenshot and I do see the Gym playlist you mentioned in the first row. This being said, it sounds like you are still missing your My Thumbs Up playlist when logged into Pandora on you mobile device. Is that correct? If so, let me know - thanks again!

@AlyssaPandora I agree I usually need something a little more lighthearted if I'm going to tune into a podcast. I typically listen when driving, as they especially help pass the time when stuck in traffic. 😐 My favorite podcast topics include sports, music, and entertainment. @benny2paws I moved your post over to the iOS space. I'd be happy to help with any questions you have, but I will need additional information to do so. To clarify, do your playlists only repeat tracks when shuffling in Offline Mode? Or do they repeat tracks when shuffling them online as well? Lastly, can you please give me the names of the playlists that repeat tracks when shuffling? The more details you're able to provide, the better equipped I'll be to help. I look forward to hearing back.

@Sulfe I didn't actually see Thumbprint Radio on this account. My guess is your original account with Thumbprint Radio is registered under a different email address. @MikaelaArsenaul I didn't actually see a Top Country Hits Radio station in your collection. I went ahead and added it for you on my end and was able to successfully play it. @aggiegordin So far I see you sent 4 different invites to 4 different email addresses. This being said, it doesn't look like any Pandora accounts have been created using any of those 4 email addresses yet. Please have those 4 individuals create separate accounts using those 4 different email addresses, and make sure each of those 4 people are logged into their respective accounts on their devices. We should then be able to help add them to your plan once those accounts are created. In the meantime, I have also created a ticket with our support team for you.
