@demoto The ability to stream tracks on demand is only an option with Pandora Premium. If you are looking to create a customized list of your favorite tracks, I recommend checking out Pandora Premium. With this level of subscription, you will have access to your My Thumbs Up playlist. My Thumbs Up is a playlist that collects your Thumbed-Up tracks from each of your stations. When you sign up for Pandora Premium, we begin it by adding your 1,000 most recent Thumbs (if you have that many). Moving forward, every time you Thumb Up a song on one of your stations or eligible playlists, it will be automatically added to My Thumbs Up. In addition to this, you can also customize your own playlists, and pick and choose what tracks you'd like to include. If you'd like to upgrade to Pandora Premium, the Subscription section of your account is the best place to go to view all of your subscription options and make any necessary changes. To view it, you'll need to log into your Pandora from a computer. Click here and select the Subscription tab. Next, click on Switch Plans or Get Premium to view all of your subscription options. @jotun Thank you for clarifying that - I see what you are saying now, and believe this thread is more appropriate for the issue you are running into. To explain what is happening, we may substitute one version of a song with another version of the same song that has what is called “interactive rights.” This helps us to maximize your playback experience by allowing you to replay it, and by making the song available for offline listening. We understand that some of these substitutions may not be ideal. Rest assured that we are continuously working on increasing the amount of songs in our library that have interactive rights, and really appreciate your patience in the interim. Shuffling your stations: Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds to me like you are searching for a way to shuffle your collected stations - not playlists. You should still be able to shuffle your collected stations when streaming Pandora on your computer. To do so, go to My Collection, sort the collection by Stations and select Shuffle Stations. Here is a screenshot to depict where you can locate that Shuffle Stations option: Blank playlist link: When a playlist appears blank as the one you linked in your message, that means the both you and the person who created the playlist have your Pandora accounts set to Private. You will both need to set your accounts to Public in order to view the content that was added to that linked playlist. Hope this helps clarify.  ... View more

@TomTresch I moved your post to this thread to keep the community organized. It sounds like you may have more than one Google Play profile, or another Google Play account under an alternate email address. The error message depicted in your second screenshot indicates that your Pandora Plus subscription was purchased from a different Google Play account.  Unfortunately, our support team is unable to search for that using payment information, since they don't have full access to the Google Play billing system. I'd recommend making sure you're signed into your main Google Play profile. Otherwise, you can reach out to Google Play directly, and they will be able to advise you using your payment information. +++++++++++++++++++++++++ An alternative option would be to cancel your current subscription through Google Play, and then resubscribe to Pandora Premium directly through the Pandora website.
