@sellwithsavel Unfortunately, there isn't a way to remove a station's from Thumbprint Radio without deleting it from your collection entirely. If you'd like to see something like this added to the service, I recommend creating a Feature Request for your suggestion here. In the meantime, I recommend to continue to thumb down any tracks you don't actually want to hear on your Thumbprint Radio station as @TannerPandora suggested. Hope this helps! ... View more

If you're still having the same problem, then please try the following steps: Check to see if there are any updates available for your HomePod and Pandora apps. Update both as necessary. Restart your HomePod device. Try unlinking and relinking your Pandora account. To unlink, open the Home app on your iOS device: Tap the home icon at the top left of the screen Tap Home Settings Tap your iCloud avatar to view personal settings Select Pandora and then Remove Pandora from Home To re-link, open the Pandora app on your iOS device: Open the Pandora app on your iOS device. @doct11787 I definitely understand your frustration. I went ahead and added your feedback to the ticket we currently have open with the engineers who are looking into this. In the meantime, to request a refund for your subscription through Apple, please follow these steps from a computer or mobile device: Visit this link. Select Billing and Subscriptions and then Subscriptions & Purchases. Select Request a Refund twice. Sign into the Apple ID account that was billed. You may have to complete a two-factor authorization to continue. Once you're logged in, find Pandora on the list and select Report. Choose I'd like to request a refund from the list, and hit Select. For additional help with your purchase, go to Subscriptions and Purchases Support. Even though it is Apple's policy not to issue refunds for subscriptions you've purchased through Apple, they will make an exception in certain cases.
