@aadabifard Could you confirm that you are logged into your upgraded account on your device Sometimes, it may help to sign out of Pandora, and then sign back in using the email address associated with your upgraded account. @Chad19brown You can disable Pandora Push Notifications by opening Pandora on your Android device and going to the Profile tab. Tap the Settings gear in the top right corner and select Notifications. @PedroWilkerson  It sounds like the issue may be related to the network you're using to connect to Pandora. Please try connecting your device directly via an Ethernet cable and see if that helps. If there is no change, try rebooting your connection:  Shut down your device completely; Unplug your modem and router, wait one full minute, and then plug them back in; Wait five more minutes to allow the modem and router to fully boot back up; Turn your device back on and try Pandora again. If Pandora still isn't working, could you check if you're able to connect to your network using another streaming service, such as YouTube? You might also try connecting your device to an entirely different network, or using a different device on your current network, to see if your streaming improves. Let me know how it goes. ... @Zacateller You will need to be logged into your upgraded account in order for that offer to show. If you are clicking on that link and are not signed into any account, or are signed into a different account, you will not see the option to initiate that trial. To initiate the trial from a computer:  Make sure you're logged into your account and go to the subscription details page.  Next, click on Get Premium, and select the six month trial.  To initiate the trial from a mobile device: Go to the Pandora website. Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left. Then tap Subscription. (Log in to your account if prompted.) From your Subscription details page select Get Premium and select the six month trial.  For future reference, you can always contact our support team by submitting a message directly through our help site as well. @cap1503 From what I can see, the Pandora account connected to your Community profile is still upgraded to Pandora Premium through Apple. That being said, we do not have access to the Apple billing system, so there isn't a way for us to verify if that subscription is set to expire any time soon.
