Hi, @afagundo. 👋 Thanks for posting about this. Sounds like after an update, the Bluetooth setting was changed and music would play through "Phone Only". I would recommend checking your audio output to see if this is impacting your ability to listen while using Bluetooth earbuds. You can also reach out to Google for additional help with this setting. Thanks for getting back to me, @JohnSignore01.  I've taken a look at your account and I was able to view the list. However, there is a lot of added variety so it will take a longer time to load in order to reach the bottom of the list. Did you get a chance to run through the Microsoft Edge steps from my last post? I would recommend trying those to see if it helps with the loading issue. Hi there, @chordlow. 👋 Thanks for the link to the screenshot. Looks like you're in a playlist view. That particular playlist is a Thumbs Up playlist including all of the Thumbs Up you've provided on that specific station (The Shins Radio). After you have thumbed up enough songs on any given station you've created, we'll automatically generate a "Thumbs Up" playlist for that station. In other words, we'll collect your thumbs up from that station into a unique playlist, so you can access all of your favorite tracks whenever you want. ++ My Thumbs Up is a playlist that collects your Thumbed-Up tracks from each of your stations. When you sign up for Pandora Premium, we begin it by adding your 1,000 most recent Thumbs (if you have that many). Moving forward, every time you Thumb Up a song on one of your stations or eligible playlists, it will be automatically added to My Thumbs Up. Unlike Thumbprint Radio, which plays your Thumbed-Up tracks along with other you may like, My Thumbs Up playlists will only play the songs you have Thumbed-Up. To listen to this playlist, go to My Collection, sort by Playlists and select My Thumbs Up. You can customize this playlist by manually adding or removing songs and your stations and additional playlists will not be affected. ++ Sorting your Collection: You can also sort your content under My Collection (for some, My Music). Select Albums, Songs, Stations or Playlists and then sort your list using the caret on the far right of your screen. Please note that you can't currently sort your collection by Artists; these are listed alphabetically by default. ++ Using your Thumb Feedback for Stations: Pandora stations adapt with every song to try to find the right music for your stations. Without Thumb info, however, Pandora has to guess what songs you like or don't like, which can often lead to the problem you've described. Keep in mind, Thumbs are station specific, so please feel free to Thumb up and down accordingly. Giving a Thumb rating on one station will not affect any of your other stations. This also means that you can use Thumbs to craft the sound you are trying to achieve and vary the playlists from station to station Finally, you can use Pandora Modes to customize your station experience when you're listening from a computer, mobile device or the Sonos app. You can pick different modes like Crowd Faves, Discovery and Deep Cuts. @Cptheg3 Just finished listening to both songs (I haven't heard them in awhile). I like the beat and cadence of Genie in a Bottle better. It's a more catchy song. I think this is the better song. I do like Britney Spears, I grew up listening to both artists. Hi there, @higginbotham. 👋 Looks like you've enabled Premium Access recently, which allows you to interact with an ad in order to listen to content on-demand. Because these sessions are funded by advertisements, your account will return to your regular service automatically at the end of the session and you won't be charged any Premium fees. You can find out more about these sessions here: Premium Access Are you attempting to download your offline stations while in the complimentary session of Premium Access? Have you received any error messages when downloading? ++ Offline Troubleshooting: I do see that you're upgraded to Pandora Plus. For Plus subscribers, we will automatically choose up to three of your most-listened-to stations along with Thumbprint Radio* and add them to your offline listening stations.  Is it possible that this might be occurring because there is not enough storage on your device? Pandora will never use the last 500MB of storage on your device, so we will only download as many stations as we can before we hit that limit. If it doesn't appear to be storage related, I'd recommend disabling the offline listening feature and re-enabling it, which will reset the download process. Then, make sure to keep Pandora in the foreground of your device while the download completes. To do that from a mobile device: Tap the Profile tab and then the Settings gear in the top right corner. Toggle Offline Mode off, and confirm that you'd like to remove the content from your device. Toggle Offline Mode on again, to reset the download process. Keep the Pandora app in the foreground of your device while your offline stations re-download. If you continue to have trouble, please send over a screenshot showing the status of the downloads: Tap the Profile tab and then the Settings gear in the top right corner. Next select Offline. It does sound like a caching issue where computer 2 isn't being updated after the changes are made on computer 1. Could you share a bit more about how you're listening when this happens? Which web browser(s) are you using on each computer? Are you listening on both computers at the same exact time?  Have you tried refreshing the browser on computer 2 after making the shuffle changes on computer 1? Do any error messages pop up? Also, are you having issues with your shuffle / thumbs on your Android device? Or, is everything reflected when you make changes? Let me know. 🎧 ... View more
