To take a screenshot on your Android device, press the Home button and the Power button (on the right side of your phone) at the same time. You may hear a camera shutter sound (if your volume is turned on), and your screen will be captured. To access your screenshots, go to the Gallery and look in the Screenshots folder. Hi there, @champs777. 👋 Thanks so much for posting about this. I completely understand your frustration. I've gone ahead and shared your feedback with our engineering team on your behalf. We are aware of this issue and are working with Google on a fix. In the meantime, we recommend editing the title of the playlist to remove "Radio" from the name of your "XXXX" Radio Thumbs Up playlist.  To rename the playlist: Go to My Collection and tap the name of the playlist you'd like to edit. Tap on the Edit icon below the album art. Remove "Radio" from the title. Make sure to Save when you're done. Hi, @DErway. 👋 Sorry for any trouble. It's possible that your iOS device is set to a country where Pandora cannot be used. @MOHLovesAlaska is correct. You'll need to download Pandora through the App Store. I would recommend checking to make sure the country setting is correct on your device. Here's how you can confirm the country/region for the App Store on your iOS device:  If your device is running a version older than iOS 13: Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores > your Apple ID > View Apple ID > Country/Region From here, you'll want to select the United States in order to use the Pandora app on your mobile device. If your device is running iOS 13 or newer: Tap Settings >Tap your Apple ID at the top of the page > iTunes & App Stores > your Apple ID > View Apple ID > Enter your Apple ID password > Country/Region From here, you'll want to select the United States in order to use the Pandora app on your mobile device. First, I would recommend checking out the accepted solution for this thread as it includes instructions + screenshot of how to locate your shuffle feature with Premium. ++ If you still have trouble, would you mind sending over a screenshot of exactly what you see so that I can take a look? Screenshot for Windows Computer: If you have a Windows machine please try using the Snipping Tool. You can find specifics about this tool and how to use it here. Then attach that file in your next. Screenshot for MAC Computer: Hold down the Shift key and the Command key (which may have an Apple logo and/or a 'four-leaf clover' type symbol). Then, while still holding down these keys, press the 3 key. This will save the screenshot as a file on your desktop. If you hit the 4 key instead, it will give you a target allowing you to drag a box around only the item that you want to take a screenshot of. Attach that file in your next post. ... View more
