I definitely understand the impact this can have on your listening sessions especially with your child.  I've gone ahead and checked your account via our User Support team. Your account has the explicit filter enabled -- meaning you *should not* receive any explicit content when listening. To clarify, if you were to enter your password and click on the icon -- it would allow you to experience uncensored tunes.  ++ There is also a thread in the My Collection board of the community where other listeners have run into similar issues: Explicit Content filter is not working  In the meantime, could you provide further details about what is happening? The name of the station where the explicit track(s) play The name(s) of the artist(s) The title(s) of the explicit track(s) Were you able to give the track(s) a Thumbs down? Hi, @ammoss110291. 👋 Sorry for any trouble you've experienced. Sounds like you're referring to a featured playlist. Some Featured Playlists may have been added to your music collection based on your listening history or to make you aware of playlists you might enjoy. Featured Playlists are unique song collections that are crafted by Pandora and personalized based on your music tastes. You can use the following steps to remove Featured Playlists from your music collection. To un-collect a playlist from a mobile device: Go to My Collection.  Press and hold the name of the playlist you'd like to remove. Tap the highlighted Collected icon to the left of the play icon.  To un-collect a playlist from your computer:  Go to My Collection. Hover over the playlist's album art and click the ellipsis (three dots)  Select Remove from your collection.  If you'd like to re-collect these playlists later, you can find them through For You. You can also search for them by name. At this time, the option to turn off all featured playlists isn't a feature of Pandora. The short answer is no, you won't need an activation code to listen after upgrading to a new subscription plan. Once you upgrade, your account should reflect your new subscription status immediately from your device. I reached out to User Support, and your account is officially upgraded to Pandora Premium. Hi there, @shellshell. 👋 Sorry about that! Another option to try is to make sure that Pandora is set to "off" for your Sleeping Apps. You can access this setting in the Device Care menu. Click on Battery, and then, click on More options. Click on Settings > Sleeping Apps From your Sleeping Apps, you should be able to long press Pandora.  Once you're able to view the App Usage for Pandora, you'll want to make sure that the put app to sleep button is toggled to the OFF setting. ++ If you still have trouble, could you provide the following info? For this trace to be useful, we’ll need you to run through our troubleshooting steps below. ++ I would recommend making sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete. Please also try a few standard network troubleshooting steps: Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps. Hey there, @weedpeople. 👋 At this time Pandora Modes are only available on our website, mobile devices, and the Sonos app. If you're interested in seeing modes available for other devices, feel free to comment on this existing thread: Pandora Modes on Other Devices In the meantime, keep in mind that if you Thumb using while listening to a Pandora Mode, your Thumbs will carry over to your other devices. In other words, if you give a Thumbs Up while listening in Newly Released mode on the web, your station will learn that you want more New Music on that station, and you should see more new music across all of your devices.
