Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number. If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening? Hey there, @kbutterini. 👋 Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the sound. The Pandora app should work despite downloading other apps. Something to note, the sound settings of each app are set by the needs of the app and cannot be altered. So, if you are playing a game or using an app that requires sound, the audio from Pandora may pause. It's not possible for us to override the sound settings, or any other functions of another app. ++ If you haven't already, I would recommend trying out the troubleshooting steps here: iOS Troubleshooting First, I recommend rebooting the device by shutting it down entirely, then turning it back on and trying Pandora again. If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you).* To do that: Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking." Then tap - in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to Delete app. Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device. *Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after reinstalling the app. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after reinstalling, please let us know. Let me know if the troubleshooting steps help resolve the issue. 🎧

Hi there, @brianenc. 👋 Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the sound. Here are a few things to check: Pandora has a separate volume control. Make sure it isn't all the way down, the volume control is located in the bottom right corner of the Pandora page. If that's not it, make sure you are plugged into the main speaker outputs of your sound card. Sometimes there are two outputs. Pandora may only play from one of them on machines with some sound drivers. Updated drivers have fixed this for many listeners. If on a Windows machine, make sure that the "Wave Balance" volume is set at least 50% on your advanced volume control window. This is accessible by double-clicking the speaker in the lower-right corner of your screen. ++ If you continue to have trouble, could you share a bit more about how you're listening? Are you using a Windows or MAC computer? If you're on a web browser, which one are you using? If not, are you using the Pandora Desktop App? Let me know. 🎧

Some listener did report a similar error message about the "server maintenance" but this issue has since been resolved. ++ Are you still experiencing this issue on your Roku device? Or does this issue mainly occur on your Android device? Can you send over a bit more info about your Android device?
