Hi there, @NateBarber. 👋 Thanks for posting about your experience on the Pandora Community. Looks like your Pandora account is upgraded to a monthly Plus subscription directly through our website. In order to manage your subscription, you would need to make this change using our website using the steps below. Managing your Subscription from a Mobile Device: Go to the Pandora website. Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left. Then tap Subscription. (Log in to your account if prompted.)  ++ Could you clarify a bit more about what happens before you experience crashing? When listening to Pandora and visiting the App Store, the App Store app crashes? Would you mind telling me more about your device? I know how frustrating that could be. I've enabled a trace on your Pandora account in case we need to share this information with our engineering team.  iOS Troubleshooting: I recommend rebooting the device by shutting it down entirely, then turning it back on and trying Pandora again. If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you).* To do that: Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking." Then tap - in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to Delete app. Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device. *Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after reinstalling the app. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. Thanks so much for sharing that screenshot, @hoolatehip.  Looks like this song is unavailable for offline listening at this time. Although the majority of the songs in our collection will be eligible to be played without restrictions, you may encounter a portion of songs that are unavailable or labeled "Radio Only" due to our current licensing restrictions. In the meantime, you can create a station that will play similar songs and artists, based on an artist or a particular song. We are continuously working on increasing the amount of songs which can be played on stations, on-demand, or offline. Hi there, @bakubroo. 👋 Sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing Pandora. Error Message + VPN Usage: It sounds like you are using a VPN which is rerouting your internet connection. Unfortunately, using a VPN while trying to stream Pandora is not currently supported. We recommend checking if you can make an exception for Pandora in your VPN settings, or if you can safely disable any VPN connections while listening to Pandora. You may want to contact the support team of your VPN for further assistance. ++ Trouble Downloading the Pandora App from the Google Play Store: If you're having trouble downloading the Pandora app on your Android device, you may need to check your country settings.  In order to download Pandora, you'll need to make sure your billing address, payment method, and shipping address in the Google Play Store indicate that you are in the United States. You can find more information on how to manage those settings on their How to change your Google Play country help page.
