Hi, @Joker-peace. 👋 You mentioned being offshore, so probably traveling abroad. We can only legally offer Pandora services to listeners located in the United States at this time. This applies equally to free and paid accounts, as well as Pandora on all computers and supported devices, including offline. That said, if you are a Pandora Plus or Premium subscriber, you will be able to play your downloaded music while traveling outside of the country temporarily. Please note you will need to download your offline content prior to leaving our service area. Your offline collection will be removed if you uninstall or sign out of the Pandora app, or if you are unable to re-establish a connection with Pandora via a Wi-Fi or mobile network within 30 days. ++ How to Turn On Offline Mode: To listen offline from a mobile device, you can use the following steps: Tap the Profile tab and then the Settings gear in the top right corner. Toggle Offline Mode on. Once Offline Mode has been enabled, you will see only the content in your collection that has been downloaded for offline listening. Hey, @Mville32. 👋 Nice to see you around the community space. The current version of Pandora for iOS now requires iOS 13. To confirm the iOS version you are running on your device, open your device's Settings, go to General, About, and Version.  If you are running a version older than iOS 13, you will need to update your device's operating system (OS). Please refer to this article on how to do that.  Otherwise, I'm afraid you won't be able to download the current version of the Pandora app on that device. Previous versions of the Pandora app are not available for download. As you may know, you'll need to keep your offline content downloaded on your iPhone within the Pandora app. If your offline content is removed from the Pandora app on your phone, it will be automatically removed from your Apple Watch. Do you have enough storage available on your Apple Watch? To check how much space is available on your Apple Watch, from your iPhone go to the Watch app then General > About > Available. I’ve enabled a trace on your Pandora account to help us better understand what’s happening. If the issue continues after waiting some time for the download process to begin, delete the app from your Apple Watch and then reinstall. ++ If you still have trouble after reinstalling, could you provide me with a bit more information about your devices? Hi there, @rmandree. 👋 At this time, you won't be able to "delete" or mark a podcast as played manually. However, we do have an existing feature request that you may be interested in upvoting: Mark a Podcast as Played When an episode is finished (from start to end), it should show up as "Listened" on your iOS device. Could you share a bit more about how your listening? Are your podcast episodes sorted by "Newest to Oldest"? When you use your shortcut, does it go to a different episode each time?  Also, have you listened to all the podcast episodes? Or, is it going to an episode you haven't already listened to (which could be older)?    ... View more

What does it say? ++ Installing the Pandora App: You can find our app in the App Store on your device. Search for Pandora and tap Install. You can also go to pandora.com on your phone or tablet's web browser, scroll down and select Get the App to install the app. Downloading any app from the App Store will require that you enter the password for your Apple ID. Keep in mind that the email address and password for your Apple ID account may be different than your Pandora account. Also, please be aware that Pandora requires iOS 13 or higher.
