Thanks for clarifying, @hunter2. There may be a block for this on your computer. Some anti-virus software like Kaspersky can have anti-banner settings enabled that behave similarly to ad blockers. When you lose your mobile connection, Pandora will alert you with a notification to let you know that we are switching you to one of your offline stations. This way you stay connected to your music without major interruptions. For Pandora Plus subscribers, we will automatically choose up to three of your most-listened-to stations along with Thumbprint Radio and add them to your offline listening stations. Pandora Premium subscribers, on the other hand, can choose which additional stations, albums, songs, or playlists are downloaded. Both Pandora Plus and Pandora Premium listeners can also switch to Offline Listening at any time, so you can save your data and take the music you love wherever you go. ++ Turning of Offline Mode: To listen offline from a mobile device, you can use the following steps: Tap the Profile tab and then the Settings gear in the top right corner. Thanks for letting me know, @wiseman_dw.  I would recommend checking this post about sound settings on Windows 10 devices here. Pandora has a separate volume control. Make sure it isn't all the way down, the volume control is located in the bottom right corner of the Pandora page. If that's not it, make sure you are plugged into the main speaker outputs of your sound card. Sometimes there are two outputs. Pandora may only play from one of them on machines with some sound drivers. Updated drivers have fixed this for many listeners. If on a Windows machine, make sure that the "Wave Balance" volume is set at least 50% on your advanced volume control window. This is accessible by double-clicking the speaker in the lower-right corner of your screen. Another option is to check to see if your sound works on another website like Youtube. @daleslad No worries about the screenshot. Thanks for taking the time to clarify.  Yes - you are correct. From a web browser or the Pandora Desktop App for MAC computers, you'll need to hover over the album art / playlist in order to click on play. Alternatively, you can click on the name of the playlist and play from that screen as well. Please note, if you're using a computer, you won't be able to download any playlists or content. The short answer is that the tracks you download will continue to live within the Pandora app on a mobile device, so you may listen to them offline with an Android or iOS device. In other words, Pandora Premium allows subscribers to take individual songs, albums, or stations offline for listening within the Pandora app. However, it's not possible to transfer your Pandora music collection to an external music source. If you're outside of our app, or you're accessing Pandora from our website or another type of device, you won't be able to view those downloads. Let me know if this helps! 🎧 ... View more
