Hey there, @gymnastichica95. 👋 Thanks so much for posting on the Pandora Community. Looks like you have 558 thumbs up across all of your stations. Keep in mind, Thumbs are station-specific, so a track that you've thumbed up on another station won't show as thumbed up on Thumbprint Radio automatically. If you've thumbed up the track before, a small notification will appear to show you when and on what station you did so. Be sure to thumb freely on Thumbprint Radio; this will help us learn which thumbs you want to hear more of, and which you aren't interested in anymore. Thumbing a track up or down on Thumbprint Radio won't affect its thumb rating elsewhere. Just like your other stations, if you thumb it up, you'll hear more tracks like that, and if you thumb it down, it won't play again on Thumbprint Radio, but will remain thumbed up on the original station. ++ Could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing when you're in offline mode? Let me know, and I can take a look. 🎧

Hey there, @Krankle. 👋 Keep in mind that since licensing regulations require a Pandora Premium subscription in order to be able to listen to your station in "Artist Only" mode, free listeners and Pandora Plus subscribers will be able to view an advertisement in order to initiate a complimentary Premium Access session. Those that do will also have access to Pandora Premium's other features during their Premium Access session. Hi there, @lschafroth. 👋 At this time, bulk deleting thumb feedback isn't a feature. Another community member created a feature suggestion that you can upvote by clicking on the 💙next to the title of the idea here: Bulk Add / Edit / Delete Content (Stations, Playlists, Thumbs) The only stations you won't be able to edit the station name or add variety to would be Genre stations. However, you can edit other stations including your thumb feedback. For stations based on artists or song seeds, you can edit: Could you share more about which station you're having trouble with editing? What is the name of the station? Let me know so that I can take a look for you. 🎧

Hi there, @bbbfisher. 👋 Sorry to hear that you're experiencing crashing during your listening sessions. I understand how frustrating that can be. I've enabled a trace on your Pandora account so we can escalate this crashing issue to our engineering team if needed. Let's try running through these standard Android troubleshooting steps to see if it helps. If you have a Samsung Galaxy device, I would also recommend checking your sleeping apps to see if that is causing the app to stop when backgrounded. You can find those steps here. I hope this helps. However, if you'd like to see this implemented with our app, feel free to create a feature request here. I'm sure other listeners would be interested in this option as well. You can also upvote existing ideas by leaving comments and clicking on the 💙icon next to the title of the feature suggestion to express your interest in that idea. Hey there, @Keopele00. 👋 Thanks so much for posting about this, and sorry to hear about those downloads disappearing. Offline Listening Collection Removal: Something to note, your offline collection will be removed if you uninstall or sign out of the Pandora app, or if you are unable to re-establish a connection with Pandora via a Wi-Fi or mobile network within 30 days. This means if you're in offline mode for over 30 days, your offline collection will be removed. ++ Troubleshooting: Is it possible that this might be occurring because there is not enough storage on your device? Pandora will never use the last 500MB of storage, so we will only download as many stations as we can before we hit that limit. However, all of your offline content shouldn't disappear if there isn't enough storage. If you aren't logging out, or in offline mode for that period of time, I'd recommend signing out of the app and signing back in, which will reset the download process. Then, make sure to keep Pandora in the foreground of your device while the download completes. I'll have a trace enabled on your Pandora account in case they disappear again. Feel free to check out this helpful article about Pandora offline troubleshooting. ++ Device Details: If the issue persists, I can share this with our engineering team as other listener could possibly be experiencing a similar issue. Based on your message, your thumb feedback doesn't save if you scroll through your current listening session history, it advances to the next song instead. Also, you're having trouble with the app timing out during your listening sessions. Have you tried running through our standard Android troubleshooting steps? If not, I would recommend running through these while I have a trace enabled on your Pandora account. You can find the Android troubleshooting steps here. ++ If those steps don't help, would you mind sharing more details about your device so that I can report this on your behalf? Model: Carrier: Android version (Settings > About Phone): Pandora version (Go to Profile, then select Settings.
