I have seen instances of this error in the past but not with the newest version of the Pandora app. I'd like to share this with our engineering team. Can you please send me a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing? To take a screenshot on your Android device, press the Home button and the Power button (on the right side of your phone) at the same time. You may hear a camera shutter sound (if your volume is turned on), and your screen will be captured. To access your screenshots, go to the Gallery and look in the Screenshots folder. Send this photo as an attachment to your response. Thanks for your help with this one. 🎧

Hi there, @Xx_adonis_xX. 👋 To keep things tidy, I moved your post over to this existing thread: Dark Mode - Thank you! Pandora now supports Dark Mode on Android devices updated to Android 10 and running the latest version of Pandora. To manage your Dark Mode settings: Go to your Android Settings. Next tap Display. Toggle Dark Theme to turn Dark Mode on and off. Your selection will be reflected in the Pandora app.

Hi there, @Bunnyinsb. 👋 I completely understand where you're coming from. If this happened during your current listening session, all you need to do is un-thumb that track. To do that: Click on Now Playing in the upper left. Hover your cursor over the album art and click View Session History. Click the highlighted Thumb icon under the track you'd like to edit. If this happened in a previous session, you'll need to edit that Thumb from the station's detail page. To do that: Click on the name of the station you'd like to edit. If the station is not available on your Now Playing page, click on the My Collection button first, sort your collection by Stations, and then select the name of the station you'd like to edit. This will take you to a page which shows you information about your personalized station. You can edit your Thumbed up or Thumbed down tracks, by scrolling down to the Thumb History of the station's page. By default, this section will show your Thumbed up tracks first. If you'd like to see your Thumbed down tracks, click on the Thumbs down icon. To delete a Thumbed track, simply roll your cursor over the name of the track to reveal a hidden menu (or click the ellipsis if you are a Pandora Premium subscriber). Select Delete to remove that Thumb from your station. Once you delete a Thumbs Down, the song will go back into the neutral pot and will reappear on your station at a later time. Here's a screenshot of where you can locate your Thumb feedback from your station details page: ++ If you're having trouble with this, please let me know the exact name of the station you were listening to. In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your Pandora account. Running through the steps will help our engineering team investigate further in case we need to report this over to them. For troubleshooting, please try the following steps: Check to see if there are any updates available for your HomePod and Pandora apps. Update both as necessary. This may help with the issue you're experiencing. Restart your HomePod device. Try unlinking and relinking your Pandora account. To unlink, open the Home app on your iOS device: Tap the home icon at the top left of the screen Tap Home Settings Tap your iCloud avatar to view personal settings Select Pandora and then Remove Pandora from Home To re-link, open the Pandora app on your iOS device: Open the Pandora app on your iOS device. Go to Profile and tap Settings. Next select Connect with HomePod. Then tap Use in Home. Let me know if this helps. 🎧

If you see an Open option, that means the app is currently on your device. From here, you can tap Open to be redirected to the app. Alternatively, you can return to your home screen, then tap the App Drawer icon. The Pandora app will be present within this collection. ++ Installing the Pandora App: To install Pandora on your Android device, follow this link to the Google Play store from the device. Once the Pandora page opens in the Google Play Store, select Install. ++ If you still have trouble, can you send over a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing? How Pandora Works: Pandora offers three ways to listen: free ad-supported Pandora, Pandora Plus, and Pandora Premium. Each option offers access to our industry-leading radio and podcast service. As an ad-supported or Pandora Plus listener, you can access stations designed to introduce you to new music through the artists and songs that you know and love. You can type in your favorite artist or song and Pandora will do the rest. Music that is similar to your musical tastes will play in your station. When listening to stations, you are able to rate music by giving it a Thumbs Up (meaning you like it and want more music like that on your station) or Thumbs Down (meaning you don't like it, or don't want music like that on this particular station). When you give a song a Thumbs Down, that song will never play again on that station. We use a similar, personalized approach to help you discover podcasts and recommend new ones to you. Thumb up podcast episodes you love, and we’ll recommend more podcasts like it! Thumb down episodes you don’t like, and we’ll tune our recommendations accordingly. Pandora Premium subscribers can enjoy the same service along with the ability to listen to music on-demand and create custom playlists. ++ Complimentary Sessions of Premium: I do see that you've enabled a few sessions of Premium Access during your listening sessions. If you accept a complimentary Pandora Premium access session (by interacting with an advertisement in order to listen to content on-demand), you'll automatically be transitioned into the Premium experience, which looks a little different from our radio-only or Plus experiences. These Premium Access sessions allow you to create playlists, or collect songs or albums to listen to right away, rather than waiting to hear them play on a station. However, you'll still have access to all of your stations under My Collection if you filter it by Stations. When your Premium Access session expires you'll be returned to your normal Pandora app experience, but we'll automatically save your on-demand music collection for your next Premium experience. If you're eager to jump back into Premium, you can always upgrade your account or check your trial eligibility on the Pandora website. I hope this helps explain.
