Could you send over a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing when you listen from a station that had modes available previously?  To take a screenshot on your Android device, press the Home button and the Power button (on the right side of your phone) at the same time. You may hear a camera shutter sound (if your volume is turned on), and your screen will be captured. To access your screenshots, go to the Gallery and look in the Screenshots folder. @RubiJ Thanks for your replies. You mentioned that you only notice this issue when you're using your Bluetooth speaker device. It sounds like this issue may be related to the connection between your devices. Have you tried repairing your UE Boom speaker with your devices? To remove the pairing, please go into the Bluetooth settings menu on your phone, find the appropriate connection, and select "Forget this device." So, if you are playing a game or using an app that requires sound, the audio from Pandora may pause. When you downgrade from Pandora Premium to Plus or ad-supported Pandora, you will not be able to access your on-demand music collection or custom playlists. However, your collection and playback history will be stored in our servers for when you return to Premium. When you resubscribed to Premium, your collection and playback history should already be stored in our servers for when you returned to that subscription level. ++ Downloading Offline Content: You'll need to redownload that content in order to listen offline. You can tap the icon with the arrow pointing downward. This can be found on station, album and playlist pages, or, to download a track, tap the three dots on the Now Playing screen. This button will only appear for eligible tracks. Please keep in mind: Pandora will never use the last 500MB of storage, so we will only download as many stations as we can before we hit that limit.
