Could you share a screenshot of the exact error message you're seeing?
To take a screenshot:
Hold down the Shift key and the Command key (which may have an Apple logo and/or a 'four-leaf clover' type symbol). Then, while still holding down these keys, press the 3 key. This will save the screenshot as a file on your desktop. If you hit the 4 key instead, it will give you a target allowing you to drag a box around only the item that you want to take a screenshot of.
Attach that file in your next response.

Also, please provide the following details so that I can update the internal ticket we have open for this issue.
Network (Wi-Fi or LAN);
Pandora version (Go to the App Menu Toolbar, select Pandora then About Pandora);
Mac version (Click the Apple Icon on the Menu Toolbar them About This Mac);
Are there any other error messages? If so, what do they say?
Are you able to stream Pandora normally through a web browser like Chrome or Firefox?
Are you using a VPN?
