I'm happy to help investigate, can you tell me a little more about your experience. Checking your account I see that you're currently listening from a web browser.
Can you tell me which browser you're using?
Additionally, does music not play, or does the music play but the timer bar not progress?
To check if it's browser related, can you try a different browser to see if you run into the same experience.
Lastly, can you please share a screen grab of what you're seeing when this happens.
