Correct, playlists are a feature of Pandora Premium, @joemd1960.  With Pandora Plus, listeners have: Ad-free Radio; Unlimited skips; The ability to replay songs; Offline listening: The 3 most listened to radio stations plus Thumbprint Radio However, you can start a Premium Access session, which allows you to listen to content on demand by interacting with an ad. Hi @Meowrissa,  I was just checking out your stations. Keep in mind, Genre and Hybrid stations, such as "Today's Hits" or "Classic Rock," are stations curated by Pandora, and they behave a little bit differently than your own personalized stations. You won't be able to add variety to these stations.   That's because Adding Variety could change your listening experience on these stations; added seeds would most likely inspire music outside of the scope of the intended genre. There was a bug previously that allowed listeners to add variety and edit genre stations. This bug has since been resolved. I did look at your 'Justin Timberlake Radio' station and notice this was renamed from a genre station called 'Today's Hits Radio', that's why you aren't able to add or edit variety to this stations. Hi @SonoRight - thanks for posting sorry for any trouble upgrading.  I see that you're currently upgraded to Pandora Plus through Apple. Can you please uninstall and reinstall the app on your iPhone.  To do that: Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking." Then tap the tiny "x" that appears in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to delete the app. Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device. *Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after reinstalling the app. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after reinstalling, please let us know. Then after you reinstall, let's try upgrading again: Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar. Tap on the Settings gear in the upper right hand corner. Select Subscription. Hey @By19! Thanks for posting to community. Do you mean Android Auto or Google Maps? If you mean Android Auto, are you running into a problem with Pandora that I can troubleshoot with you? In the meantime, you can disable Launch from car under settings.  Open Pandora. Tap the Profile tab Tap the Settings gear in the upper right corner. Select Advanced. I'm going to go ahead and create a ticket to pass on to our engineering team for further investigation.  I've also asked our User Support team to enable a trace on your account so that we can better understand what may be happening. With this trace enabled, can you please try to replicate the issue you're having. This may helps us better understand what is happening. I'd also like to collect some info about your phone. Each service requires its own account and billing method, and subscribing to or canceling either service is independent of and has no effect upon the other. For SiriusXM subscribers, Pandora offers Pandora Now. This is a new station that SiriusXM listeners can access on Channel 3.  Additionally, SiriusXM listeners can now add Personalized Stations powered by Pandora to their Favorite Channels in the SiriusXM app. While these stations will not be linked to your Pandora account, Thumbing Up or Thumbing Down will improve them and make them unique to your preferences. Pandora is also featuring select SiriusXM shows in a podcast format. These podcasts can be found in the For You section (through our mobile app) or Browse (through our website and selected devices), and will have a SiriusXM banner in the artwork. Click here to see the full list of podcasts available on Pandora. If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device? What is the make and model of your phone? Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)? How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux) Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay? Have you only seen this message when in the car, or also when listening on your phone outside the car? Hi @Jtlmama143! Thanks for posting to community! Joining or upgrading to a Pandora Premium Family subscription is currently not possible through third-party vendors (e.g., Apple or Google Play). If you're interested in subscribing to Premium Family, or in joining someone else's family plan, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire. When you begin to hear ads on your account again, you can sign up for Premium Family directly through Pandora. Keep in mind that once you've upgraded through our website, you will only be able to manage your subscription from a computer, not a mobile device.
