Hi @Abeckyes  Does this happen with a particular station? Are you connected to any other device, such as a Bluetooth speaker? In the meantime, I would uninstall and reinstall the app to create a new connection with Pandora. This will also clear the cache as well. To do that: Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking." Then tap - in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to Delete app. Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device. ... View more

What is the make, model and year of your vehicle Are you using a stock system or after market? Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay? The easiest way to play Pandora is to connect your mobile device to your vehicle is through Bluetooth. I would recommend checking your owner's manual for specific instructions on how to do this. Hi there, @Knicoleee23! A screenshot would be helpful. I've been trying to reproduce on my iPhone, but haven't been able to yet. We're both on the same version (2305.2) so I'm curious what's changed for you. You can attach a screenshot by tapping on the icon that looks like a camera and then follow the prompts. This is best done directly on the community website, if you are a responding to a community email notification, you won't have the option to add a picture. If you can take a screenshot of where you would normally see the shuffle icon - that would be most helpful. Let me know if you continue to have trouble. Let's try a couple of troubleshooting steps for your Android, @Tehwanderer. You mentioned clearing the Bluetooth cache, but let's also clear the Pandora app data and cache. You can do that with the following steps: Note: You may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. Pandora Plus users, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after this, please let us know. Hi @Jack11138 Downloading offline content can depend on the size of the stations downloading, the device, and cellular connection. If it seems like it's taking awhile, I would try the following, these steps have worked for me in the past: First, I would reset your downloads, by signing out and back into the app. Next, I would connect your phone to a power source and disable the auto-lock. Settings > Advanced > Conserve Battery > disable 'Enable Auto-Lock' Then, ensure 'Download over cellular' is enabled Settings > Offline < enable 'Download over cellular' Be sure to keep Pandora open and in the foreground while the downloads complete. This should automatically log you out. If not, you may need to power cycle your device by unplugging it for at least 5 minutes. Hi @ALovelace! Welcome to community, sorry for any trouble downloading your offline content. I've been doing some testing this morning and did notice some inconsistencies with the offline experience that I have forwarded to our engineering team for review. In the meantime, I was able to download offline content on my own device and was hoping you'd like to try again. It may take a couple of tries, but I think it will work. If by chance, it doesn't, I have enabled a trace on your account to help me gather some logs so that I can pass this information along. Here is what worked for me: First, connect your phone to a power source. Let's reset the download process by signing out and back in. This should remove your offline content. From Settings > Advanced > Conserve Battery > Disable 'Enable Auto-Lock' Then, from Settings > Offline > Enable 'Download over cellular', and then immediately disable This should start the download process. Be sure to keep Pandora in the foreground while the downloads complete. You may have to try more than once, but I was able to successful receive 3 downloaded stations. How are you connected, USB or Bluetooth Are you connected to Android Auto or PandoraLink?   The volume control  for Pandora is associated with the volume control on your mobile device. Unfortunately, there isn't a separate volume control for the app itself. If you're using an app like Google Maps, there may be additional settings to increase the volume for directions only.     ...
