Hi, I’ve complained about this issue before with no resolution so I’m trying again. I have the premium subscription. Some songs that have been downloaded won’t play. Interestingly, it is only my downloaded Disney and Eurovision songs give me trouble. How I can fix this? Thank you

Hello, It’s my Disney and also my Eurovision playlists. I’ve also tried pulling up the songs from these playlists through the search function (out of curiosity to see if maybe it’s just my playlist and not the actual songs) and encountered the same issue. This occurs both in offline mode and with cellular data. I don’t think I’ve had this issue when connected to Wi-Fi though. Thank you, Anise

Hi Adam, could you maybe look into my issue with some of my saved and downloaded playlists not playing. It oddly only happens to 2 of them.

Hi, The issue has not gone away. It happens in my Disney playlist I've created. Some songs will just not play. I upgraded my phone to an iPhone 12 mini and I'm still having that issue.

My husband and I have an iPhone and Android phones, respectively. We both have the same issue with Pandora not playing when we hit the play button on any song or station. Sometimes it takes it a couple of tries and an app restart but lately it’s getting worse. It occurs while using WiFi and mobile data. It’s exhausting and beyond frustrating, especially since I’m paying for the premium service. Anyone run into this issue?
