@Mamadoll1966 I moved your post over to this existing thread: Ads: Wrong City

You likely need to update the zip code we have on file for your account.

@franko73 I took a look at your Late Night Techno station, and can see that music is getting recommended by a seed that you've added: Serge Gainsbourg.
Here is a screenshot of where I am seeing the additional seed that you added to your station:
You can delete the bad seed by editing your station.
To delete that bad seed from a computer:
From My Collection, visit your station list.
Click on the name of the station you'd like to edit. This will take you directly to the station's "backstage page."
Hover the mouse over the station seed you'd like to remove and select Delete.
To delete that bad seed from a mobile device:
From My Collection, visit your station list.
Tap on the name of the station you'd like to edit.
This will start your station, so tap the the Thumb icon in the upper right corner of your screen to continue to the station's backstage page.
From the station's backstage page, tap on the Edit icon (the small pencil to the left of the play icon) to edit your station, and scroll down to Station Created From.
Remove this "bad seed" by tapping the small (X) beside that item.
Hope this helps!

@Tegra1027 I moved your post over to this existing thread: How to listen on multiple devices when upgraded
To clarify, you can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password.
However, you won't be able to listen to that same Pandora account on multiple devices at the same time.
For a complete explanation, check out the accepted solution to this thread.
In the meantime, I recommend giving this existing Idea a ❤️ to express your interest in getting it added to Pandora: Listening to More than One Device at the Same Time

We listen to Pandora across multiple Sonos devices. I just upgraded to Pandora Premium and I'm now experiencing the issue of the devices stopping because of the "Someone else is listening" error. Not cool, and google searches seem to indicate Pandora has been ignoring this problem for years. Seems like the Pandora family account doesn't solve the issue either. I'm still in my trial version of the Premium account. Guess I won't be renewing. Swing and a miss Pandora.

@AzureHawk Nice to see you around the Community.
Can you explain your issue a bit further? The more details you're able to provide, the better equipped I'll be to help.
Thanks for working with me on this.

@Thanatos1 I moved your post over to this existing thread: Shuffle disappeared while in Premium session
It looks like you initiated a free session of Pandora Premium, which would explain why the app interface changed for a period of time.
Check out the accepted solution to this thread for a full explanation.
